I’m not an officer, or a military history buff, or any of the people that have had so much military art/science/theory in their careers that they know Clausewitz inside and out.
I’m just a person that has reason to understand the definition of “cyber warfare”, and wants to know how much we can learn from history on this topic. Is it really special, or does it follow the rules of traditional warfare? Do we need a whole new way of thinking about things, or do we just need to remember the basics that militaries have been doing for years? I don’t know, which is why I’m here.
